Diddy’s legal troubles continue to mount as newly released court documents reveal what federal agents say they found in his New York City hotel room at the time of his arrest last fall. The images, now part of official court exhibits, were taken during the September 16, 2024, raid at the Park Hyatt Hotel in Manhattan where the music mogul was staying. According to Department of Homeland Security agent Yasin Binda, agents entered Diddy’s suite and discovered a number of questionable items. One of the most talked-about discoveries was an orange prescription bottle containing two clear plastic bags filled with a pink substance. Lab tests reportedly showed that one bag contained ketamine, while the other tested positive for both MDMA and ketamine. These items were shown in court, and jurors were given the opportunity to examine them firsthand during testimony. In addition to the drugs, Binda testified that authorities recovered a fanny pack filled with $9,000 in cash. A photograph of the pack and the money was included in the court documents. Also found in the room was a prescription bottle for clonazepam made out to “Frank Black,” a name Cassie has previously said was an alias used by Diddy. Jurors were also shown photos of personal items, including bottles of Astroglide lubricant and Johnson’s baby oil. The government says all of these items were collected as part of their investigation. Diddy was taken into custody after being indicted by a grand jury. TMZ released video of the arrest that shows him walking into the hotel lobby wearing a black trench coat just moments before agents swarmed him. The latest court filings provide a closer look at what investigators claim to have uncovered, as the case against Diddy moves forward in federal court.

Taking the stand in Manhattan, Richard described a high-pressure environment where fear and silence allegedly followed those closest to the music mogul. One of the most striking accounts came from a 2009 breakfast at Diddy’s home, where Richard said he threw a hot pan of eggs at his then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura during a heated argument. She testified that afterward, she and another bandmate were locked in a room and later sent flowers. Richard also claimed Diddy once threatened her life if she ever spoke publicly about what she had seen. Earlier in the day, Keri Morgan, a longtime friend and former assistant to Cassie, also took the stand. Her testimony focused on Diddy’s relationship with Cassie and included allegations of verbal and physical abuse she claims to have witnessed. Though Morgan and Richard offered different perspectives, both painted a portrait of a private world where power and control allegedly went unchecked. Diddy’s attorneys challenged both testimonies during cross-examination, questioning inconsistencies and suggesting personal or professional fallout may have influenced their statements. The Bad Boy founder has denied all accusations and pleaded not guilty to charges including sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, and witness intimidation. Paul George is not a fan of Chris Paul. Formerly close friends, the two are no longer on the same page. Joe Biden has been diagnosed with an “aggressive form” of prostate cancer, according to the New York Times. In a statement to the outlet, representatives from Joe Biden’s personal office revealed the former President had been suffering from frequent “urinary symptoms” for quite some time. After undergoing diagnostic testing it was discovered that he had a “small nodule” on his prostate. “Last week, President Joe Biden was seen for a new finding of a prostate nodule after experiencing increasing urinary symptoms,” the statement begins. Xzibit recently revealed how his former label head demanded an $11 million buyout from Dr. Dre so he could join Aftermath Records. Speaking with Red Bull,  Xzibit claimed that Steve Rifkind, the former CEO of Loud Records, wanted a large sum of money for his release from the label. “He asked for an $11 million buyout,” claimed Xzibit. “He just didn’t want to let me go.” Because of the massive price tag, the deal fell through. Although Dre didn’t sign him to Aftermath, he served as an executive producer on two of Xzibit’s albums. “He told me that no matter what he was doing or where I landed, he was gonna make sure he was there for me,” Xzibit recalled. As the interview continued, Xzibit spoke about his influential show Pimp My Ride. “Nobody knew Pimp My Ride was gonna be Pimp My Ride until that shit came out,” he said. “I had soccer moms coming up and pinching my cheeks and telling me how much they loved me.
